Many elite athletes competing at international levels are incorporating the practice of hypnosis, meditation and yoga in their training programs.

Competing at such high levels can create excessive levels of pressure that can interfere with reaching optimum performance levels. In particualar, fear of failure and humiliation can create high levels of anxiety that can block you from performing at your ultimate best. Hypnosis enables you to improve your performance and reach your personal best through releasing any negative thoughts caused by stress and pressure.

Sports psychologists believe the state of mind of the elite professional is one of the most important factors contributing to their success. We can work with hypnosis and other visualisation therapies to help you perform your best.
